Was okay overall, but not quite as good as expected. Quality felt decent, just nothing special.

I changed my subscription without any hassle at all (which was a nice surprise). The options were clear, there was no messing about, and the whole thing was really simple. I’m genuinely happy with how easy it was.

I did get my refund sorted quickly in the end, which was good. I just wish I didn’t have to spend time digging around for details and going through the steps to get it done.

I ordered from westminstercollection.com and when the parcel turned up, my first thought was, “Oh wow, they’ve really packed this well.” Everything arrived safely and the coin was properly protected, with no dents or marks on the outer box at all. If anything, there was maybe a bit too much packaging, but I’d rather have that than something turning up damaged. Really happy overall, just knocking a star off because it was a bit of a struggle to open.

I tried using the site, but it felt really slow and clunky the whole time. Pages took a while to load, and I kept wondering if something was wrong on my end?? Not the smoothest experience.

The coins themselves were nice enough from what I remember, but the main thing that stuck in my head was how pricey it all felt once postage was added. Maybe I’m forgetting some of the smaller details, but I just remember thinking I expected better value for the money. Probably won’t be ordering again.

They’ve got a decent range of products, and there’s roughly enough to keep you browsing for a while. That said, a few categories seem a little limited, like there could be a bit more to choose from. Overall it’s not bad at all, just feels like the selection could be broader in some areas.

Hmm. I liked checking it out, but the costs weren’t super clear to me. Confusing. I just wish the pricing had been laid out a bit more plainly.
